Fran Childs has been a volunteer, a staff member, a volunteer, and is once again a staff member, returning from a two year sabbatical during which time she taught in a public school.
Fran is the new director of volunteer services and coordinator of circles of support. LiveWorkPlay seeks to reduce reliance on paid staff supports while increasing the quality of life enjoyed by people with intellectual disabilities. Fran's new role is critical to this non-institutional approach to community living.
