Due to funding limitations we do not have a live receptionist service, so you can often expect to encounter voice mail. If you are clear about your name, the purpose of your call, and the best way to reach you, that will ensure the quickest possible response.

If you are calling with a system access question for organizations other than LiveWorkPlay, please contact Service Coordination. It is recommended that all persons with intellectual disabilities (developmental disabilities) register with Service Coordination. Failure to do so may create significant future complications should you be seeking services or supports from any agency that receives finding support from the Ministry of Community and Social Services.

LiveWorkPlay does not offer a drop-in for visitors. Visitation is by appointment only. This is because our work takes us out into the community and we do not maintain a staff presence at our offices at all times.  Please get in touch and we will be happy to organize an appointment where appropriate. You can email the Chair of the Board at chair@liveworkplay.ca. The role of the Chair does not involve responding to information requests, employment applications, or questions about the daily work of the organization. In general, it is appropriate to contact the Chair if you are yourself a board member of a non-profit organization and/or you have business to discuss that is related to governance.
